OnTrack is a free application for the Android program that allows a diabetic to track various statistics such as glucose, exercise, medication and food. The application allows the user to generate various reports based on the data entered as well as export it to a format that Excel can handle.

This screenshot shows the data entry screen. Like most Android applications, you can save an entry simply by pressing the back button.
